Recommendations
- Avoid application under unfavorable conditions, i.e., on hot or cold surfaces (>35°C and <5°C) or if rain is expected in the following hours.
- For cleaning surfaces treated with UNIX, avoid the use of alkaline detergents (e.g., ammonia-based cleaners, bleach, alcohol, and similar products).

Each product can also be supplied in bulk. The quantity is 100L for liquid products and 50L for paste products.
How to use it
The surface to be treated must be clean and dry or uniformly damp.
- Shake well before use.
- Apply a thin layer, preferably with a liquid spreader pad or cloth; on walls and vertical surfaces, use a brush, starting from the bottom and moving upwards, and evenly distributing the product as necessary.
- Spread the product evenly, avoiding drips and excess material, which should be removed before the product starts to dry.
- Generally apply in one or two thin coats depending on the material's absorption, allowing at least 1-2 hours to dry between coats.
